I was looking for a cheaper way to safely store my ammo and gunsmith tools and protect them from fire without buying another safe worth over $700. Looked at other options and found this color. Checked the product information and read some reviews. So I went with him. I bought a steel cabinet, some fireproof sealant, and Type X fireproof drywall. I attached the drywall to the outside of the cabinet. I sealed all the seams with sealant and firewood. It's not the prettiest of cabinets, but I think it will protect my ammo and gear in the event of a fire. When I have additional funds I'll buy another safe for my ammo, but until then I think it's a decent option for around $350 total. I have installed the locks since this photo was taken.
