Review on 🍳 Anolon Nouvelle Stainless Steel Cookware Pots and Pans Set: High-Quality 10 Piece Kitchen Utensils by Kelsey Brown

This set is great, don't get me wrong, but it's too heavy for me. Admittedly, I only used one of the pots to boil water for the pasta, but that was enough to make me realize this set wasn't for me. The water boiled fairly quickly, but when I tried to pour out the pasta, the pot was too heavy to tip over with one hand. Also, since this is a stainless steel set, the handle will get hot. To better balance the pan, I tried gripping it closer to the base of the handle, which was a short (and hot) mistake. The pen is comfortable to hold (when it's not hot), but the balance of the whole is thrown off balance. As another reviewer pointed out, the smallest pot won't balance without something in it. That's not quite true, it evens out when it has a lid on it. But ultimately the diameter of the bottom causing the pan to be unbalanced and the weight motivated me to return this set and purchase another Anolon set as it is a brand known for its quality.
