I think these are the same rims you can get from Harbor Freight. On HF you get 5 discs for 4.99, here you get 50 for 9.99. Some discs aren't perfectly centered, so if you watch them spin it will be an oval, but that doesn't affect use. The washers are strong and last a long time - I used one to cut off the tips of sharp screws, there are about 12 of them and I only needed one washer. These aren't finishing wheels, they're for cutting welds or deburring, maybe cleaning metal before welding, and they're very good for that. You can't beat the price, you can pay three to five times as much for a very similar product and it will do 95 percent of what others do.
