Review on ๐Ÿพ Sherpa Travel Original Deluxe Airline-Approved Pet Carrier: Optimal for Air Travel and SEO by Michelle Cooper

Revainrating 5 out of 5

In this case, the cat traveled very comfortably, which reduced sources of interference for it.

I usually travel with Delta and I don't want any problems with the airline I bought. The size is perfect - my cat is 12-13 pounds. I spent several months packing goodies in her bag before we took off. When we left for the trip, she was very much in the bag. I used the zippered side pocket to stash her vaccination/vet records, rabies tag and extra dry food in the bag. It was very easy to work with her. The bag is black and looks very nice. Most of the time nobody knew I was traveling with a pet. There are velcro flaps on 3/4 sides - you can give your cat the privacy or see as you like. They roll up almost like the windows of a tent, and the Velcro holds them up well and never falls off. My cat liked having the front valve flipped up so she could see when we were leaving and during breaks I opened the second valve and she could watch people walking. or move it into space, it has the "give" to do it, but it will hold its shape and not fall on your pet. I was surprised how easy it was to carry the cat around. She didn't bounce or slide sideways. It has a hard, removable "bottom" and comes with a soft pet mat that attaches with Velcro and stays in place. Very comfortable and the bottom offers floor support that keeps the bag in shape and level. Zipper openings on the top and front make it easy to open the bag at will. The straps are comfortable (there are handles for carrying). I was even able to put my boarding pass in another side pocket while waiting for boarding so my hands were free until I had to show it. There is a small strap and ring inside in case you have a bowl or other accessory you want to attach to it. I noticed another traveler with a "cheap" pink suitcase. The bag was crooked so the cat was obviously uncomfortable and vomited. The cat was also very upset with the trip and there was no privacy check for her. This cat may have had a much better experience with a better bag (although any human and pet air travel is bound to raise some concerns about takeoffs, landings, people, etc.). Aside from very loud noise, the bag was provided. My cat is very comfortable and has enough space (for her size). She even hopped and sat in the bag twice while I was on vacation and I got the impression she felt safe and comfortable in it. While doing this review I pulled out the bag and my cat just jumped in and sat. cozy. Obviously the bag itself is comfortable for them. She is not a restless cat and loves the car so part of our good experience was her great feline behavior but I attribute a lot of her air travel success to this bag.

Pros
  • HOW TO CHOOSE A SIZE: Choose the ideal carrier size for your pet based first on their height and then on their weight, being careful not to exceed the maximum weight limit. Leave enough space for your pet to move around in the carrier.
Cons
