Mid tier chair: my feedback

My review is focused on the assembly of this chair. I will provide an update once I wear in the chair to provide my review for the ergonomic and comfort level of the chair. The version I purchased was the top level chair model E301BSA and manufactured 11/2021.I would like to say I have assembled about 8 different chairs over my course of working in the office and the home. This was the toughest for me to assemble. The major reason is due to the weight of the chair once some pieces are added and the quality of the chair and screws. This chair was well packaged as it came inside of it's box that was shipped in an Ebay box. All the items were wrapped with foam and bubble wrap. The instructions come in different language and my pamphlet started off in a different language other than English. English is the second section once you flip through the pages. The instruction pamphlet is detailed enough to allow someone with some experience with assembling chairs to understand the pieces and his to connect them; however if you are not familiar one screw up here and you will have trouble trying to figure out what you did wrong and need to remove multiple parts to fix the issue. The first issue I ran into was the chrome coated arms on (pictures 2, 3 and 4) were not allowing me to install all the screws on the first go. The reason for this issue is shown on photo 5 and the solution I used to solve it is photo 6 where I use the provided wrench to push the plastic a bit to force the screws in. For a chair at this price point of over $450, I shouldn't need to "Micky Mouse" any of the materials to get them to work as intended.Once this was screwed in and the wheels were popped on, I flipped the base and out the appearance cap onto the base. It is very important that this is done at this stage so you won't forget to install it later. If you forget and attach the chair once it's assembled, you will need to pull the chair back off to is the cap.The assembly for the seat and backrest was straight forward but could have used a little more illustration to confirm the left and right arm rests are installed correctly. Photos 8 and 9 reveal the marking to know which is which but there is no markings on the chair itself to illustrate the correct side to isntall it on. I had to flip the seat over and confirm which direction was the front direction then flip the seat back over and install reversed. You know it's installed correctly when the front chrome trigger is facing forward and the arm rest facing forward starts wide then gets narrow toward your elbow section. The only additional issue that I encountered was one of the screws for the backrest became stripped when I was installing and I had to use a 9/16 socket to unscrew it. The good thing is you have 1 do over if any screws get stripped as the unit comes with 1 extra screw for each section you are assembling.Lastly, the 2 screws labeled D have no instructions in the pamphlet. These are used to install the headrest as the version of the chair I purchased was not a snap on version.***Update***I have been using his chair for over a week now and have spent over 60 hours sitting in it. Overall the chair is made of great material and the only downfall I see is the lumbar support. I uploaded a video which explains the issue as a reference. My opinion is that it's too firm and without the ability to reduce this, throughout the day you may need to adjuster the height of the back rest or lean back/forward to prevent putting too much pressure on your lower back.
