I've always found the curved handles on nail brushes difficult to grip and arthritis doesn't make them any easier. I ordered these brushes to try and found them to be much easier to grip. They also lay flat on the back edge of my sink instead of falling all over the place. I haven't rated their durability, but they should be better than cheap brushes that fall out after a few uses. My hands and nails get very dirty in the garden and this brush cleans them well. The reason for the 4 star rating is that they are a bit smaller than I would like.
