Misconnected from factory

I was trying to use this connector on my boat trailer. He didn't work at all. I finally had to check all the pins on the schematic and found that the IN ADAPTER wiring was wrong. I took it apart and I'm sure it was. This can be a one time problem, but it won't be, but repeat and find out.
