Review on 🧀 Browne 8" Rotary Accutec Stainless Steel Rotary Grater: Efficient and Versatile Kitchen Tool for Precise Grating by Jasmine Rogers

This grater replaces a commonly used plastic version of Pampered Chef that has failed (broken handle). I've used it several times and it works very well. I only grate hard cheeses (Parmesan, Romano, etc.) and can make heaps of graters in a short time with this grater, which is important to me. The size of the container is a bit smaller than I would like, but I prefer the strength and functionality of the capacity. Easy to disassemble, easy to clean. Addendum: After a little less than 2 years the plastic bearings on the edges of the drum are coming loose (as mentioned in other reviews) and there are flat spots on the drum (as mentioned by others). Still usable for the time being, but the durability leaves a lot to be desired. Last update: The grater is completely out of order. Didn't last as long as the plastic ones. The plastic skids are completely ripped off, the drum is mostly flat and the missing bearings make it look like metal parts are grinding. Save money and buy something else.
