FINALLY! This mouley grater really works. It is clearly of good quality compared to five other replacement parts for my original grater that I bought before finding this one. Unfortunately, there's only one grate - it doesn't work with soft cheeses like mozzarella - but works great with cheddar, which is what I need the most. When grating fresh mozzarella, I use a grater.

I was hesitant to buy after reading some reviews of metal shavings falling off when shredded but that hasn't happened to me. This cheese grater is superb. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and the chamber holds a chunk of cheese large enough to produce a significant amount of shredded cheese. It appears to be well made and designed for heavy use.

This cheese grater is very well made. It is durable, not flimsy and easy to clean. The only downside is that it only has a fine grater, perfect for grating hard cheeses while you eat; Garlic; and hard vegetables like carrots. It's too good for shredding soft cheeses like taco cheddar. If the company offered more drums, this would be a better kitchen grinder.

This grater replaces a commonly used plastic version of Pampered Chef that has failed (broken handle). I've used it several times and it works very well. I only grate hard cheeses (Parmesan, Romano, etc.) and can make heaps of graters in a short time with this grater, which is important to me. The size of the container is a bit smaller than I would like, but I prefer the strength and functionality of the capacity. Easy to disassemble, easy to clean.
