I got this to protect the cavities of my guitars to reduce hum and "string snaps". It works remarkably well, is easy to cut and shape, and seems to live up to its promise of having a conductive adhesive so you don't have to solder connections between parts. But you can solder a wire to it if you want to connect the ground. Some people have reported using it successfully to repel slugs, so I gave it to a friend who had a slug problem and it had no effect. My main complaints about this are that, firstly, it's not exactly solid copper. It appears to be a cheaper metal like aluminum and then electroplated with copper. You can scratch it and reveal the silvery metal underneath. For what you pay for it you would expect it to be solid copper as copper is very expensive. It does what it says on the tin in terms of protection so I can't fault it too much, but be honest with what you get. My other complaint is that the adhesive wasn't as strong as I expected. I don't know what I was expecting, but at least for indenting into guitar cavities, it's unlikely to stick to wood at all. By trying to close the crevices with small pieces, it doesn't stick to itself too much either. Overall though, it did what I wanted it to do and did it well, so these are minor complaints despite the large net effect.
