Very easy to replace
I watched a YouTube video on how to remove the door panel and a video on how to remove the mirror. My only suggestion is to stick a rag in the door before removing the three nuts, I dropped them and they fell between the door and needed a magnet to pull them out. After the installation everything worked great. I used the existing white back cover since the one that came with the device was white.
