I recommend for the price. Give some advice to potential buyers.

You can't ask for more at this price. I have a solid use of this with the potential for more so I think I can say I'm happy with my purchase. The vinyl is thick and really waterproof. Nothing got wet during my 2,400-mile, 7-day trip, where I maintained 80 mph at times (the Texas speed limit is 75 mph). One thing to note, when you start to get cold, it's very difficult to work with vinyl and zipper. My example: when I last wrapped it, the timings were teens and the vinyl was pretty hard to manipulate. After trying to straighten the loaded bag so that the zipper closes smoothly, I finally stretched the neck of the zipper and it came apart. The other side was hanging in the opposite corner a few days earlier. Thank god for the velcro and all 8 straps, I was able to keep everything waterproof on the 1200 mile ride home. A harness has really started to wear out, inspect and possibly repair before hitting the road. I'll try to fix the zipper, I'm sure I can do it. I will take smaller luggage next time so the zippers don't go around the corners. If you live in a warmer climate and don't carry large luggage containers, this should work fine.
