An Upsetting and Discouraging Experience with Kenkio's Online Store

My recent encounter with Kenkio's online store left me feeling let down and frustrated. As a life coach, one of my goals was to find dependable office supplies of the highest possible quality to offer to my clients so that they can continue to pursue their goals in an efficient manner. On the other hand, Kenkio did not live up to my anticipations. In spite of the fact that they promise to offer items of exceptional quality at prices that are fair, I did not find their products to live up to their claims. The things that were sent to me were not long-lasting and did not have a high level of durability, which made them a terrible investment. In addition to that, their delivery service was subpar. The things were delivered behind schedule, and the packing did not meet expectations in any way. The objects sustained damage while being transported, rendering them inoperable. In addition, the personnel that handles customer service for them was unhelpful when it came to addressing my issues. They were sluggish to respond, and the remedy they provided did not alleviate the problems that I was experiencing. In conclusion, the Kenkio online store is not a business that I would suggest to others. Their products are of poor quality, and both their delivery and their customer service are lacking in quality as well. As a life coach, it is essential for me to have access to trustworthy and high-quality resources that I can use to aid my clients. Unfortunately, Kenkio did not supply me with such resources.
