I bought this to mount a DELL and EIZO monitor on my studio wall. Well, as you can see from the pictures, the included VESA mount that was supposed to be attached to your monitor is supposedly not a real VESA mount. This is not a VESA mount as it does not fit in the space that the VESA mount fits in the back of the monitors. The plate that comes with this kit is 0.25-0.30 cm larger at the top and bottom than the standard VESA mount. The only way to use this kit is to take the plate to a locksmith so they can archive it for you. This renders the item completely unusable. It's sad because it seems strong. On the other hand, the connections are very strong. To do this, do not try to knock them out with an Allen key. Instead, use some oil or fat and stir them for 2 minutes. After that they will work fine. Of course, if the plate doesn't fit your monitor, then what's the point of getting the joints to work!?
