Light stains and scratches
Pigmented vegetables discolour very easily, they are immediately covered with knife marks and scratches and deform in the dishwasher or in hot water. I've had them for a little less than a month and all 4 look awful. I bought these because they were the only ones that didn't have nasty colors, but I think I'll go back to wooden cutting boards or buy better quality silicone boards.
