The first thing I would like to mention is the excellent customer service. I received the package a few days after ordering, but the controller attachment was missing. I wrote an email first thing in the morning. Within a few hours they sent my parts with all the screws. My husband has a huge TV, huge, it literally takes up the wall. So I thought why not hide everything behind it? I see nothing! No little fingers turning on PS4 or losing controllers. And damn I set them too high, I don't think the kids can grab them now! No, I thought the console would break before it came off the wall. Doesn't get any hotter than usual. The new TV doesn't generate heat like our old one did, so I would make sure your TV isn't overheating your console if you're planning on placing it behind your TV. The controllers are also placed behind the TV. Be sure to leave enough room for your hands so they don't slip. I regret not putting it next to the console for easier charging, but we play often enough to charge while we play. Overall very happy with customer service, design, durability and would recommend.
