Fire hazard, DO NOT BUY

I only turn the heater on at maximum power and when I turn around I hear a static noise and the heater almost caught fire, the plastic was burnt out. I immediately turned it off and unplugged it was very scary it could catch fire and burn out could potentially start a fire in my bedroom if left unattended or if I was woken up by smoke in my room this is a very very dangerous product and i will send it back immediately.
