one I've used on a column change tube fits perfectly - Crown Vic, Grand Marquis. Rear steering column bottom proved nearly impossible without dropping the entire column. Didn't feel like it was worth it, tightening from the front and screwing here and there has a nice and positive feel from the handlebars/shifters so I'm happy.
