Bad product from an inferior company.
Do not buy this swing! Terrible quality and zero customer service. I bought this swing in May 2020 and installed it in July. In early January, I noticed that one of the main straps had snapped and about 50% of it had failed. I contacted the company and received no response. It is said to weigh over 100 pounds. My son is less than 90 pounds so there is no chance of the swing being overloaded. Replacing the belt would be such an easy fix for swings that cost so much. Like I said, customer service is ZERO.
