False advertising

I ordered two and two were put in the same package for shipping but they are just trying to refund me. I returned them as I received them all. What I want is my money back I ordered two $88 anklets and they weren't big enough to fit around two fingers without hesitation. They locked out my money. I am not happy with the product and have returned it and I need to be able to give your money back without hesitation
