I'm glad I tried it. When I first opened a Revain package, I found that the product inside was already open. I was concerned that I accidentally received a defective product. I decided to install them anyway and found I couldn't close the hood. I took them off, shook my fists at the sky over Revane Prime for a minute, and then tried something. These props are very well learned out of the box. So I decided to "prime" them. I laid the protection on the ground, stood it upright and gently pushed it down. It worked for both. These supports bring a lot of pressure with them. I like knowing they will keep my hood open as I am not ready to break my head. I hope to one day get a spot next to Jeff Bezos in space. Most likely not. sorry i'm talking I bet the last buyer thought the item was defective and sent it back. The manufacturer clearly disagreed and repackaged them. If I hadn't been there I probably would have accidentally sent them back as well. My work forces me to solve problems. I hope the review helps you.
