Smells strong like alcohol
Initially I bought the starter pack of mizon collagen and toner was a bit thicker also not runny and had a pleasant smell this smells like straight alcohol and is real runny . I'm going to be returning it immediately. It's like 2 totally different products I'm extremely displeased.
- Really liked this toner! It is the right amount of moisture for my aging combination skin.
- Doesn't seem to do much to my skin.
