Smells strong like alcohol

Initially I bought the starter pack of mizon collagen and toner was a bit thicker also not runny and had a pleasant smell this smells like straight alcohol and is real runny . I'm going to be returning it immediately. It's like 2 totally different products I'm extremely displeased.

Pros

Really liked this toner! It is the right amount of moisture for my aging combination skin.

Cons

Doesn't seem to do much to my skin.

I love this product. Seems to brighten and refresh in one. I use it before the collages Power serum. Lasts a long time and is easy to use.

I do like this product. I use other products daily for anti aging benefits and this product falls in line with my collagen enhancing program. Should have started this in my 40''s.
