The most important thing is that I can see all of my scheduled hours in one place rather than having multiple apps open at once plus it's available through mobile devices too which has been helpful for tracking down scheduling needs away from office or while traveling! Sometimes when adding new shifts/schedules they don't go thru so make sure everything looks correct before submitting your schedule changes - otherwise sometimes things will get lost in translation after uploading them but if not then no problem as always just resubmit until success!! Definitely recommend this software over any other solutions out there especially considering how simple (almost foolproof) their interface makes creating an accurate calendar very easy.

We've found we need only few fields per month where someone misses reporting into our system about upcoming vacation dates etc. This helps keep track better because now its right online instead with paper calendars. Also have had some minor issues trying figure something specific out like what day does next year rollover? Haven't really run across.
