Review on Practice-Web Dental by David Stewart
Very easy to use and user friendly as well as keeps all patient info organized and simple
The ease of use was my favorite part about this software program; it made scheduling appointments very easy as well as keeping track all patient info that I needed while running our office (such as insurance numbers). It is not user friendly at times so if you have trouble navigating through some screens or need help with certain things please contact customer support immediately because they will get back right away when needing assistance from them again. This helped us keep up better records by using an online system versus having physical files kept around which allows me access anywhere whenever i feel necessary without being tied down physically going somewhere else to look something specific up etc..
Pros
- That we were able utilize practice web dental for both general dentistry & orthodontics in one place instead than two separate programs/programs used separately before hand, such like making xrays into digital images vs traditional pictures taken via film then developed later digitally also makes everything much easier especially since there's no longer any chemicals required! Also helps organize information more easily compared to older style hard copy paperwork methods where papers can be misplaced due too many documents lying scattered everywhere
