You get what you pay for
I've always used Procyon dyes and I usually get them from Dharma. However, when I saw Revain's much lower price, I placed an order immediately. When I first used this paint everything seemed normal. I mixed it up like I always do, soaked the shirts in soda and let the color sit for 48 hours. When I washed it off I was shocked to see that a lot of the color was washed off. Thinking it was a fluke, I tried a few more times with almost twice the amount of powder I normally use and still didn't get my usual rich, deep black. I concluded that this was not the dye it was marked with.
