Great studs e.g. B. middle heel stud moved forward. Better grip when landing on the pitch. Decent cushioning, but be aware that these are still metal cleats, so they're stiffer on the feet than rubber and TPU cleats. If you're familiar with New Balance wide shoes, this is no different. New Balance uses the same outsole for all their shoes. The only thing they change due to their width is they make the toe box roomier. If you're confused, think about it, imagine you don't have wide feet but vertically fat feet. So New Balance added extra material to the toe box but didn't change the outsole. So for me, no matter how wide my New Balance shoes are, my pinky dangles, I've tried every New Balance model hoping that "this time" will be different. This wedge is no different. But I still give these boots high marks for the exceptional cleat pattern and decent cushioning (again, these are metal cleats so they'll still be hard on your feet).
