This is by far the worst investment that I’ve ever made. Less than two months after I bought this product it started acting up. Each month I would have to unplug and plug this bed back in multiple times to get it to working, that’s a long with hitting the reset button and waiting a few hours or a few days until it decides to work. Every time the lights in the neighborhood went out the bed would reset to the original form and it would take a while for it to start back working. I’ve only use the massagers few times. It was mainly use for the incline to help out with back and sinus issues. I’ve had this bed two years and three months and it has stopped working altogether. I spent $1100 on this bed and never got two full months of usage without problems. I’ve got TVs that have cost $300 and lasted over 10 years, and they stay on 15 hours a day. I’m 165 pounds so the weight could’ve been an issue for this bed. One should be very careful about buying this product.
