After receiving a small TV as a gift and thinking carefully about its placement, I realized that the only logical place for a TV was in the second floor hallway (obviously). I had to purchase a low profile mount as there is no real need to move it once installed. I looked around and finally settled on this machine. It was cheap and offered with first class shipping. The package came quickly, the mount was well packed. Installation was quick and easy and the hardware was included. As long as you have a stud finder, a drill and a level you should be fine. The installation took about 20 minutes, which is mainly due to the fact that I placed the TV higher on the wall than usual. The mount was a bit stiff but I think it will probably help keep the TV angle from changing over time. The device is quite heavy, but not too heavy considering its size. It feels well done. Because it's an inexpensive, low-profile mount, it lacks versatility and can only be rotated up or down a few degrees without pivoting from side to side. There were a few scuffs on the mount when I took it out of the box, but nothing to indicate the device has been used, just cosmetic blemishes on the device that will never show up. You get what you pay for and that was great for my purpose.
