I have been using this product daily for 4 years now. I wanted to get rid of an addictive antidepressant that I had been taking for over 12 years. The side effects of quitting Effexor were terrible. This product saved me. I'm off medication and now take 5HTP daily. Not only has it helped me get off another drug, but I'm now using it to treat depression.
