This bluetooth speaker is not that good. I've had a lot of bluetooth speakers and this is my least favorite. The speaker comes in a nice box with an instruction manual. It's pretty easy to use. The power switch performs a multifunctional function. You press it to change the mode you want to use the speaker in (Bluetooth, Aux, Charge, Off). There is an indicator that flashes and/or changes color when the speaker mode is changed. The instructions explain quite well. The remaining keys speak for themselves. With Aux cable and USB cable, both are a bit short in my opinion. A charger was not included, which was a negative for me. I was able to connect to Bluetooth and play music with no issues. However, when the music source (my phone in this case) is more than 15 feet away, the connection starts to drop. To me it's not ideal for Bluetooth connectivity. I need to be able to go to another room in my house without disconnecting. I also connected my phone to the aux cable and had no problem playing music. My biggest criticism of this speaker is the sound quality. It doesn't sound good if you turn it up louder. It becomes very irregular and cannot play bass well. It's not so bad when the volume is lower. But I still don't think it has a clear sound. I will give it to my daughter to listen to music in her room or take it with me when I go to the pool, hike or cruise. But the sound doesn't work when you try to play music at an outdoor party or event, the quality just isn't good enough. I haven't tested how waterproof it is. Waterproof isn't waterproof, so I prefer not to wet waterproof items at all. Conclusion: CONS: poor sound quality, poor Bluetooth connection, no charger, short cables. use
