Everything-from billing to scheduling is at your fingertips! Makes it so easy for us without having an IT department or full time admin person--it's been great getting everything set when we need something immediately in our EMR (EPIC). It has helped keep track if my patients I've missed appointments with this year compared from last years' records; which helps me know who did not get services they were due/needed this past month /year etc.-which does make sense since encounterworks saves all info you can access within minutes after entering information about each provider visit through EPICS interface via web browser rather than physically going back there myself like paper charts do sometimes. Some providers don't have their own website yet but most go straight onto epics just fine once logged in - haven't had any problems here either though-just waiting patiently until more come online before deciding whether its worth switching over completely now instead.
