A beautiful garland of balloons! I used an electric balloon pump to inflate the balloons and only one balloon in the entire package had holes. The pack contained different balloon sizes. I didn't like the plastic strip used to make the balloon garland as it was just holes instead of one that you thread and push through so I used the extra one I had. If you are making a balloon garland for the first time, take your time. It takes about 2 hours to inflate the balloons, make the garland and set up/hang, but a spectacular balloon garland for your event will be worth it!
