I like how easy it was to set up our inventory! We were able to have all of our stockrooms in one place with the same information so that we didn't need multiple spreadsheets for different departments. It took time setting everything up but once setup it worked great. The customer support team could be more proactive about getting my questions answered - they don't really seem to know what they're doing sometimes. Sometimes there are delays when you try to use some of their apps or templates because they haven't updated them yet. Try out the demo first before purchasing this product if possible. This helped us keep track of our inventory very well. We can add new items to inventory very easily now as opposed to having to manually input each item into another system.
