PMS Retail Management Review

The user interface of this system looks very professional with its modern design which makes it easy for our users who are not tech savvy at all or just new in their field like me! It has helped us manage inventory easily as compared to other systems we have used before such as AS400/R3. We also use AIM (automated Inbound Manger) that helps reduce manual errors when shipping out orders so far no issues found but I can't say about any updates they make since last year only because there was none

I like how easy it was to set up our inventory! We were able to have all of our stockrooms in one place with the same information so that we didn't need multiple spreadsheets for different departments. It took time setting everything up but once setup it worked great. The customer support team could be more proactive about getting my questions answered - they don't really seem to know what they're doing sometimes.
