I was looking for a built in heater but the choices were limited due to the 19/25mm hose on my pump. This was the only one I found that came with an adapter for this size. This thing keeps the tank temp where I want it to be, but it reads about 2 degrees lower than it actually is, so you'll need to adjust the temp down. a few degrees to reach the ideal temperature. There seems to be a 1-2 degree fluctuation when turning on and off, but my fish aren't picky enough to bother with that. The overheating protection works. You can leave the power running and watch the temperature rise as the water stagnates and an E-1 error will show up pretty quickly. I've only had the unit for about a week or so, but so far it's been reliable.
