Great breakfast or meal replacement

This is useful for those trying to lose weight or cut carbs. They are a good breakfast substitute. I'm older and use about 1/2 for my morning meds and supplements. If I'm hungry in the middle of the morning, I'll eat it up. It gives me protein and energy to move and focus. No carbs that make me "fall". Taking each pill is easier with a thicker drink; Your brain somehow opens your throat wider. Even if you're not on a diet, skipping breakfast can help. Make sure they're COLD and TAKEN, and flip the lid over so it doesn't fall on the table. Dark chocolate tastes better. When you eliminate processed sugar from your diet, it tastes even better. . If you're cutting back on carbs (aka sugar), you can add some heavy cream to make them richer. Useful for Type I diabetics who often have trouble getting enough fat in their diet.
