First, they work great. If you're here for VR needs, this is for you. I bought them, like many others, to route the Oculus Rift cable across my ceiling and down towards me, rather than being strewn across the floor if I trip over it and trap one or both feet in it. I installed them and they work fantastic. I just want to clarify something. Someone posted a review saying they can't use it as advertised because the factory put glue on the pulley and not the mounting plate. Not 100% true. While there is double-sided adhesive on the pulley, there is also a MUCH stronger adhesive on the mounting plate, which is covered in a clear plastic sheet that you must peel off to use.
