The product can be used, I expected a little more.

Now about the main thing. Midway's customer service is just awful. No one picks up the phone in the customer service no matter how many times I call them. I have been trying to order a charger for 2 weeks already (the old one burned out due to my fault, so everything is fine with it). No one calls back regarding the application for the purchase of spare parts. The service center communicates very reluctantly and disrespectfully, the quality of communication leaves much to be desired, as if everyone communicates through a walkie-talkie. Service center - a partner in St. Petersburg is very unpleasant. 1 person works, a long queue, most often there are no spare parts and he cannot always order them. He says “nothing came from Hong Kong, I’ll try to order again, wait 3 working days” 3 working days after 1 appeal.

Pros

Very comfortable to drive due to its length and high handlebars, giant deck, super comfortable grips and throttle. He is gaining his 40s calmly with my weight of 110kg. Charging is enough for a long time, sometimes it is possible to drive more than 50 km on a single charge. Convenient branded application, nothing more. Very strong construction. Large and clear information screen. A strong leg, despite its size, holds what is needed. Well insulated, but it is better to carry out additional insulation, condensation forms inside the scooter.

Cons

Breaks the rear camera. The problem is solved by installing a tubeless or molded tire. At 200 km, the gas trigger broke, it was not mechanically damaged in any way, it just stopped working. No depreciation. If you want to ride more gently - lower the wheels, the scooter has nothing more than pneumatics. A very weak flashlight, it rather acts as a marker. Very long stopping distance, even with the highest brake trigger sensitivity that can be set in the app. The scooter arrived with a crooked wing, I had to straighten it with a building hair dryer. Otherwise, everything is in order, I have already dashed off more than a thousand kilometers, no complaints except for a creak in the area of the folding mechanism of the scooter, no backlash.
