It doesn't work without programming. The listen button still doesn't work.
At first the remote control didn't work at all. I then used the manual programming method on the back of the remote (or the owner's manual) and was able to program the remote; However, the list button still doesn't work. 2 stars. Updated: 5/2/20. I was able to search the internet and find the correct device code for the RC122 remote. The remote is now working perfectly after an hour of research and trial and error. The codes for this remote control are (Cisco: 0000; Motorola: 0006). The Cisco version worked for me. I took off a star because it didn't work out of the box. Much luck!
