My cable company wanted to charge me for a replacement, no way! So I bought this one and it worked right away on my cable box. I had to program on the TV. It was easy: I just entered the code for my TV and it worked.

Excellent controller. The dog ate the last two. I have ordered two more. One was collected using bedding, 60 minute wash, hot water and bleach. Then on a 35 minute tumble dryer on medium heat. It doesn't work anymore.

Came brand new, wrapped in plastic with assembly instructions and a couple of batteries, like I was going to the Spectrum Cable office to pick one up. While this remote works with my cable box and TV, it is not the remote I ordered as advertised. I ordered a Phillips RC122 remote and received a different brand remote, model 1056B03. The 1056B03 works about 90% except for the swap button which doesn't work on my TV with any of the remote codes listed in the instructions. At first the remote control didn't work at all. I then used the manual programming method on the back of the remote (or the owner's manual) and was able to program the remote; However, the list button still doesn't work. 2 stars. Updated: 5/2/20.
