Perfect replacement and easy to install!
Now. I have a home with 2 young girls in our house. They love using the remote control and Time Warner did a great job with that. The problem is inside. They take the remote control with them, and indeed, at some point it falls to the ground. This time it was in the kitchen and the lens broke off - then my other daughter played with the lightbulb and it stopped working. time for a new one. This is an exact replacement and works great. The best thing is that it only finds remote functions for the TV. it was very easy to set up!
