Cool frame, very bad delivery.

I liked the picture frame with it's nice rustic/industrial feel. The problem was with the delivery. The frame was letterboxed (yes, you read that right, the letterbox of all things, not that the item was fragile or anything) and came with the glass cracked. So I'm just going to replace the glass as it's less of a hassle than repackaging and sending back.
