I spent too much time choosing the right timer but I think I did well with this one. I can't say anything about the durability, but it works well. Easy to read, beautiful to look at, pretty easy to use. The alarm isn't too loud on lower settings (although I wish it was even quieter at 2am!). To install it, simply turn the dial and hold to reset. Saves time settings until reset. My only complaint is that the magnets aren't strong enough. It will stay on my stove but it will hit the floor off the hood (still works though!).
