Simple and straightforward dial adjustment - separate AC and DC voltage settings; the instructions are easy to understand; I like the additional auto-ranging feature; I like that it measures voltage, current and resistance in both AC and DC.; I really like that it runs on easily available AAA batteries. I've only used this to test a car battery and the results were the same as my battery tester readings; repeated on another machine with the same result. So far I'm confident I can get accurate results. I like the large, easy-to-read LED screen. This device looks solidly built and comes in a nice protective case. Nice tool for a beginner like me, but I have nothing to compare it to. I am happy with this multimeter and would highly recommend it to others who are just starting out in electronics. Only time will tell how durable it is which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars at the moment.
