Review on Motorcraft BRMC258 Cylinder Asy Master by Jay Brock
Probably remanufactured master cylinder
After a complete failure of the master cylinder on a 2016 F-150 3.5L Ecoboost, speaking to a Ford representative I was convinced that this model #BRMC258 is an upgrade from a faulty master , which was part no. BRMC254. The new one isn't installed yet and you don't know exactly who you're communicating with - take this information with caution.
