I received the product faster than promised and opened the box. I looked in the manual for the parts list and everything was there. There were a few parts that needed charging and I took them out so they worked like pretty much everything else. Almost the key part here. I'd like to say that the dog ate the remaining pieces when they were gone, but it's more likely that I threw the package in the Amazon box and then threw the Amazon box in the trash. I reached out to Extreme Dog Fence and with Jacob's help, my little missing parts are on their way. Unfortunately one of those parts was the main PSU so I can't rate how well it works yet but I'm sure I'll be happy and try to remember to come back and upgrade the install, battery and cost Valuation. when I know. Truly exceptional service!
