Wish I could do without the stars. $280 and only 1 collar works, the other never connects, just flashes green all the time. With the fence on at full power the 9 volt battery feels worse than this thing. WASTE spend money elsewhere.

Excellent customer service, went above and beyond what needed to be done. You are very lucky with the training collar and underground fence. The battery is low in the remote control after a year of operation, they sent a new remote control and charging cable!

Missing short probes and resistor which should be packed according to the instruction manual. Doesn't beep or vibrate in a fixed spot before shock and gets my dog past the line about 50% of the time, especially when moving faster than walking pace.

The remote control training collar works pretty well, not great battery life but decent. The fence is useless. While teaching the dogs to respect the marker/know the boundary, one began squeaking 15 feet from the U/G wire while another walked directly over it. Wouldn't recommend it.

The protection has been working for about 5 months and initially worked perfectly. The collars will not hold a charge for more than 18-20 hours, even in "fence-only" mode (without checking for a signal from the remote control). In addition, the product works as described, it only requires better batteries or spare batteries for the collar.
