Poor product, didn't work, obviously used
This product's packaging must have been opened. I tried anyway. When I opened it I noticed that the top was incredibly crumpled. Still hesitantly trying. Plugged it in and the power obviously worked but the wheel wouldn't turn on at all no matter when I did it with the dial or button. Definitely not worth buying. I am sending it back and definitely not replacing it with the same product.
