This powered speaker offers exceptional value for money. It's solid and beautifully designed with a great feature set including Bluetooth, optical and audio cables. It's easy to set up and a great addition to your computer system. The sound is detailed and the speakers reproduce an excellent soundstage. You can play loud or soft and have bass and treble controls on the main speaker. Being on the back means they probably sound best away from the back wall and like many small speakers there's a slight mid-bass boost which you'll likely enjoy if you're a rock or contemporary music fan . I listen to classical music and have found them to be great for operatic and baroque music. I would say that overall they are a great package and deserve your attention. More features than the Audioengine A2+, they sound great and are about half the price.
