They are so cute and work really well. I don't like wool dryer balls, hard balls are very noisy and dryer sheets ruin my towels' absorbency - these little cacti are the perfect solution. They're quieter than hard/tennis balls, they're not as harsh as wool balls (I have dogs that shed and wool drying balls get hairy and smelly), they don't interfere with water absorption, or give my towels an artificial odor. like dry sheets. I don't use them on most of my clothes because the little bulges at the temples can feel a little rough on delicate fabrics (I use them with hub jeans), but they're perfect for bed linen and towels. They're soft, they're fluffy, they're not very noisy, and they lay really nicely on my dryer when not in use. They're also washable, won't stick to dog hair, and can be used over and over again (less waste than dryer sheets). They are great and I would order them again.
